Hello Rare Besties! Welcome to our website. This is Kenissa and Jasmine we are the founders of Rare Clothing Boutique. We created this clothing line to inspire, affirm and to spread positivity into the universe. Both beauties are college graduates who enjoy spending time with family, friends and being active in the community spreading light and love.
